The rally was held at 5:30 pm Thursday evening, April 19th, in front of the Civic Center in response to a guest speaker at the Set Free Church later in the evening. The guest speaker was with the extremist group “Last Chance Patriots,” spreading hate and Islamaphobia in presentations across Montana, including Great Falls. Last Chance Patriots are the latest incarnation of ACT For America Flathead Chapter, a labeled hate group by the Southern Poverty Law Center and the Montana Human Rights Network, as reported by MHRN. They claim that interfaith dialogue is compromising our national security and interfaith work and is a ruse by Muslims.
