Materials for the June 16 meeting of the MT Legislature’s Children, Families, Health, and Human Services Interim Committee are now available online.

The materials include:
— the preliminary agenda;
— a draft work plan outlining the committee’s responsibilities and providing a guide for committee members to decide how to divide their time among their various responsibilities over the next 15 months;
— a document detailing the proposed tasks for the five study resolutions and additional statutory study assigned to the committee; and
— materials related to the committee’s required monitoring of the Department of Public Health and Human Services, including review of administrative rules and temporary oversight of the Montana Medical Marijuana Act.
The meeting will begin at 10 a.m. on Wednesday, June 16, in Room 137 of the Capitol in Helena.
The public can attend the meeting and offer public comment in person, submit written public comment using the online form, or sign up to testify remotely via Zoom during the public comment portion of the meeting.
