Great Falls Rising Hosts Forum on May 14th with Democratic Congressional Candidates

With the primary election less than a month away, Great Falls area voters will have a chance to compare the Democratic candidates for Congress as they address the issues in a forum hosted by Great Falls Rising on Monday, May 14, at 6:30 p.m.  Before the forum, attendees will also have the opportunity mingle informally with the candidates.

John Heenan, Grant Kier, John Meyer, Jared Pettinato and Kathleen Williams have all confirmed that they will participate in the 90-minute session. The five candidates are vying to be the Democrats’ candidate for Congress, and the forum is the only opportunity area residents will have to see the candidates debate in Great Falls. Questions will focus on such issues as trade policy, healthcare, public lands and the addiction crisis. The forum will be held in the Parish Hall of the Episcopal Church of the Incarnation at 600 Third Avenue North. All members of the public are welcome to attend.

When:     Monday, May 14, 6:00 – 6:30 p.m. (Informal meet and mingle),  6:30 – 8:00 p.m. (Forum)
