Indigenous Peoples’ Day in Great Falls, October 10-13, 2025

Indigenous Peoples’ Day Great Falls will host a four-day celebration from October 10-13, 2025, in Great Falls, MT, inviting community support and sponsorship.

A Montana bill establishing Indigenous Peoples Day as a legal holiday was signed into law in May 2025. This allows Montanans the option to celebrate Indigenous Peoples’ Day or Columbus Day on the second Monday of October.

To observe the passing of this new law, Indigenous Peoples’ Day Great Falls will be having a four-day celebration. Commencing on Friday, October 10th, with a fashion show, and ending Monday, October 13th, with storytelling and a free meal.

This is a free four-day event and is open to the public.
